Refund policy

Returns: 

Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, Favours the Bold does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind returns for pierced jewellery, so please choose carefully.  

Faulty Items: 

All of our items are checked before dispatch and packed with care. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we offer a replacement or store credit (dependant on stock availability). Please contact us via our email address (ftbfavoursthebold@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Favours the Bold will be responsible for determining the fault of the earring. Final discretion  will always sit with Favours the Bold.  General wear will not be considered as faulty.
